Our retail partners provide unique pricing depending on the item purchased. Once an order is placed on Shop Premium Outlets, we are unable to make any changes to the items on it. This includes any changes to the sizes or colors of an item on the order.
If you would like to change your order and it was placed less than 30 minutes ago, you can cancel your order via our Guest Order Management page.
Any payment authorization associated with an order that you cancel will be voided. You can then repurchase your order with the right products/sizes/colors.
If the item is final sale and you purchased Return Assurance with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Return Assurance purchase via email. Return Assurance is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
If you placed your order more than 30 minutes ago, your order has already been provided to our retail partners for fulfillment. Our retail partners, in general, are unable to modify orders in order to ensure that your orders are shipped to you as fast as possible.
If your item is within its return policy, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We are unable, however, to provide a return label for any item listed as Final Sale at the time of order.
