To change your shipping option after your order has been placed please contact the retailer as soon as possible for assistance. Please note that amendments are not always possible once the order has been submitted or after the order has been shipped. When contacting the retailer please make sure you have your order number as well as your full name and billing address available.
- You can find your Shop Premium Outlets order number in your My Account under My Orders or on the order confirmation email sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add this address to your email safe senders list, address book or contact list.
- You can find the retailer name for each item by checking your Shop Premium Outlets order confirmation email or in your My Account under My Orders. (Please note order history is a members only feature if you checked out as a guest the order will not be saved to an account).
- To check your order history log in at at ShopPremiumOutlets.com and click “Sign In”.
