We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return Reebok.com product(s) using a free shipping label within 30 days for a full refund.

- Merchandise may be refunded where you bought it with a receipt.
- Merchandise must be new or unused with box/tags attached.
- Purchase prices will be honored for all merchandise exchanges or refunds with a receipt.
- All merchandise purchased through a discount promotion (for example, Buy One Get One Half Off) will be exchanged or returned at the value purchased. See invoice for purchased value. Price adjustments will be made for products not being returned within the promotion.

Unfortunately no, any purchases over 30 days old are not be eligible for a refund.

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE AND FREE!
We create products for your lifestyle, and we’re passionate about our products. We want you to be passionate about your purchases. If you’re not, return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it using a free shipping label and get a full refund.
We can’t guarantee refunds outside of 30 days, for worn or damaged goods, or for those missing original packaging. Clothing returns must have the original tags attached.
The Reebok online shop does not exchange products. Simply return it for free using our Self Service Returns, then order a replacement at www.Reebok.com. Or call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-866-870-1743. They’re available Monday – Friday, 8am-8pm(ET) or Saturday and Sunday, 11am-7pm(ET).

We make returns a snap!
- Prepare the packing slip
Go to www.Reebok.com/us/returns. Login to your account OR be our “guest” entering your order number and zip code.
- Snag the item(s) you want to return and choose why it didn’t work.
- Print that shipping label!
- Pack up the item(s) and return slip in the original box, please, if possible. Slap the shipping label on the box, and cover any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.
- Drop your return shipment at any UPS Store or a UPS drop-off location.
- Want to exchange an item? Simply return it and order a replacement at www.Reebok.com, or our Customer Service Representatives at 1-866-870-1743. They’re available Monday – Friday, 8am-8pm(ET) or Saturday and Sunday, 11am-7pm(ET).

Return and/or Exchange Process Timing (Refund timing Expectations)
It can take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time you ship it back to us. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by our warehouse.
Original method of payment will be refunded. In some cases a gift card will be issued.
