Every time you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email from Shop Premium Outlets at email@example.com and you will also receive an order confirmation email from each retailer. Please note that you may receive multiple emails depending on how many brands you order from.
If you didn’t receive an email, first check your Spam and/or Junk folder. On the rare occasion that there was a problem placing your order with the retailer, Shop Premium Outlets will email you to confirm. You can also check your order status by signing in to My Account and clicking on My Orders.
