Every time you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation e-mail from Shop Premium Outlets at email@example.com and you will also receive an order confirmation e-mail from each retailer. Please note that you may receive multiple e-mails depending on how many brands you order from.
If you didn’t receive an e-mail, first check your spam and/or junk folder. On the rare occasion that there was a problem placing your order with the retailer, Shop Premium Outlets will e-mail you to confirm. You can also check your order status by signing into My Account and clicking on My Orders.
