Returns are made directly to the retailer. Please note it can take up to 4 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records. Once the retailer has received and processed your return, you will receive a notification via email confirming that a refund has been issued.
If it's been more than 4 weeks since your return has been received by the brand, please contact our Customer Service team and we can request an update on your refund status.
