Returns are made directly to the retailer. Please note it can take up to 4 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records. Once the retailer has received and processed your return, you will receive a notification via e-mail confirming that a refund has been issued.
If it's been more than 4 weeks since your return has been received by the retailer, please contact our customer experience team and we can work with the retailer to provide an update on your refund status.
